I have worked in the private sector since 1989 in various customer centric roles. Through my natural skill and training, it was soon identified that customer focus was my career path. This led me to my previous role as Customer Service Manager which allowed me to not only deliver my skills to external customers, but I was able to support and coach colleagues internally together with supporting Directors in delivering the customer experience and achieving key business objectives.
I met Eldon founder, Joss, many years ago when we both used our instincts to help a stray horse, which Joss ultimately rescued and has had him ever since. Through this, we became good friends and when Joss told me about Eldon, I was very much interested in the ethics and client centric approach. When a suitable role was advertised, I thought it was a great opportunity to join a firm aligned to my values… so I applied and the rest is history, as they say!
My spare time is spent with my dog, Meila who I adore! I also run and train at a local gym most days; this has been part of my life since my early 20’s. With what little spare time I have left after this, I like to read and catch up with family and friends as much as I can.
